Recent ceiling & interior lining work

We installed acoustic rafts over collaboration zones while retaining exposed services in circulation areas. Glazed partitions with acoustic seals created meeting rooms without blocking natural light from perimeter windows.

Works were delivered in two phases to allow the operator to open half the floor while fit-out continued.

Fast-track programme with mineral fibre ceiling, MF bulkheads to shopfront, and boarded linings to stock areas. Coordinated lighting layouts with the client's shopfitter.

We stripped out legacy grid, coordinated new lighting layouts with the M&E contractor, and installed a clip-in mineral fibre ceiling with enhanced acoustic performance. Partition walls included glazed meeting rooms and FD60 corridors to stair cores.

The project was delivered in phased zones to keep part of the floor operational throughout the programme.

Enhanced NRC ceiling tiles improved speech clarity in classrooms. Corridors received FD60 partitions with fire stopping to slab. All works completed before term start.

New retail shell required rapid dry lining to form sales areas, staff facilities, and a stock room. We taped and jointed to a finish ready for decoration, with insulation upgrades where specified.

We specified washable ceiling tiles and moisture-resistant plasterboard to high-traffic clinical areas. Works were completed out of hours to minimise disruption to patients.

Night shifts minimised guest disruption. MF ceilings with integrated downlights replaced a dated grid, while dry lining smoothed uneven corridor walls ready for wallpaper.

Fire-stopped partitions to roof level, including service penetrations and acoustic infill where required. Coordinated with landlord shell and tenant fit-out programmes.
