Yes. We carry full employer and public liability insurance and work to documented safe systems of work. Fire stopping and compliance documentation is provided for handover where required.

Costs vary with system type (mineral fibre, metal tile, MF plasterboard), acoustic performance, strip-out, access and integration with lighting or HVAC. We avoid generic m² rates online because they mislead — a free survey produces a fixed-price quotation for your building.

We do not remediate asbestos ourselves, but we coordinate with licensed removal contractors and install new ceilings once clearance certificates are issued.

Yes, where the programme needs it. Retail, healthcare and occupied offices often require out-of-hours working — we price and resource that clearly in the quotation rather than as a surprise variation.

Yes. We coordinate grid openings with lighting, sensors and HVAC so the finished ceiling looks intentional. Agree positions before tiles are ordered whenever possible.
